Description

You will design, deploy, and optimize enterprise search and data analytics platforms using Elasticsearch or Lucidworks Fusion.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Administer search platforms by deploying, configuring, and maintaining Elasticsearch or Lucidworks Fusion instances.
• Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and perform capacity planning for search infrastructure.
• Design data pipelines and connectors to ingest data from disparate sources into the search platforms.
• Optimize search and query performance by tuning pipelines and managing caching strategies.
• Implement security measures, including access controls and audit logging.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Elasticsearch or Lucidworks Fusion.
• Hands-on experience deploying, scaling, and tuning Elasticsearch clusters.
• Proven experience with Fusion platform administration and customization.
• Strong understanding of search engine architecture and information retrieval.
• Proficiency with Bash and Python scripting.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with capacity planning for large-scale search infrastructure.
