Description

Required Skills:

• 3–4 years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Systems Administration

• Experience building, deploying, and supporting Neo4j environments

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab, or similar tools

• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred)

• Experience with infrastructure automation and scripting

• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk or AppDynamics

• Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls, and load balancing

• Experience troubleshooting infrastructure and platform issues

• Understanding of security concepts including certificates, TLS, and secrets management

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Bonus/Soft Skills:

• Experience with RKE or OpenShift Kubernetes environments

• Experience with Container Storage Interface (CSI), preferably Portworx CSI

• Experience with API gateways and API management platforms

• Experience supporting graph database applications

• Interest in DevSecOps best practices and platform automation

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

• Strong collaboration and documentation skills

• Passion for building reliable, secure, and scalable platforms
