Description

Build and operate large-scale, fault-tolerant distributed systems in a DevSecOps environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement infrastructure as code patterns using Terraform, cloud CLIs, and SDKs to meet security and engineering standards.
• Develop auto-remediation scripts and end-to-end monitoring solutions to ensure high availability and performance objectives.
• Resolve trouble tickets and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with cloud operations, development, and operations teams.
• Participate in a 24/7 follow-the-sun incident management model as a first responder.

Required Skills

• 2-5+ years of experience in software engineering, systems administration, or networking.
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages: Python, Bash, Java, Go, JavaScript, or Node.js.
• Experience with infrastructure automation tools: Terraform, Chef, Ansible.
• Strong system administration skills for Linux and Windows environments.
• 1+ years of experience developing or administering software in public cloud environments.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud Certification.
• Experience with database administration and cross-functional knowledge of storage and security.
