Description

You will design, automate, and maintain enterprise-scale platform infrastructure, ensuring high availability and reliability for mission-critical applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement modern Platform Engineering and SRE practices across enterprise applications.
• Define and maintain Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and Error Budgets.
• Drive reliability, capacity planning, and performance optimization initiatives.
• Lead observability strategy, including Dynatrace dashboard creation, synthetic monitoring, and root cause analysis.
• Support production environments and participate in on-call rotations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering.
• Deep expertise with Dynatrace, including OneAgent deployment, SaaS/Managed environments, and Davis AI Engine.
• Proficiency in creating advanced Dynatrace dashboards, synthetic tests, and distributed tracing solutions.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong Kubernetes administration and container orchestration skills.
• Experience with API management and monitoring distributed systems.
• Knowledge of ITIL Foundation practices and incident management.

Preferred Skills

• Dynatrace Associate or Professional certification.
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
