You will design and manage containerized infrastructure and automation pipelines for diverse application workloads.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy complex Kubernetes workloads, authoring YAML manifests and building Helm charts for multi-environment deployments.
• Implement end-to-end containerization strategies using Docker, ensuring secure build practices and image optimization.
• Automate provisioning and deployments with modular, idempotent Ansible playbooks and roles.
• Enforce Kubernetes security and hardening via NetworkPolicies, Istio traffic rules, and secure ConfigMaps/Secrets.
• Integrate platform observability using Prometheus and Grafana to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cluster components.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on platform engineering experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Deep Kubernetes expertise: Deployments, StatefulSets, PVCs, StorageClasses, HPA, probes, and resource management.
• Helm chart development including templating, helpers.tpl, conditional resources, and values.yaml structuring.
• Docker containerization: building images from scratch, multi-stage builds, non-root execution, and optimized layers.
• Ansible automation: playbooks, roles, Jinja2 templating, inventories, and integration into provisioning workflows.
• Observability tools: Prometheus and Grafana for platform and workload monitoring.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kafka for integrating messaging and streaming components into platform workflows.
