Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Platform Engineering team, driving ownership and continuous improvement.
• Own and execute the platform engineering roadmap, aligning platform investments to business and technology objectives.
• Design and deliver secure, highly available, resilient platform capabilities for enterprise-scale applications.
• Establish and advance DevSecOps practices and developer enablement, including self-service platform capabilities.
• Drive platform automation using Infrastructure as Code and enterprise CI/CD platform capabilities.

Skills Required:

• 10+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Cloud Engineering, or related fields.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience managing engineering teams.
• Azure and AWS platform expertise for enterprise cloud environments.
• DevOps leadership with strong experience delivering platform capabilities and engineering automation.
• Infrastructure as Code using Terraform to standardize and automate infrastructure provisioning.
• CI/CD platform experience and delivery automation practices for reliable software releases.

Good to Have:

• Kubernetes experience for container orchestration and cloud-native platform operations.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
