Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy distributed systems handling millions of daily requests.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing engineers within an agile environment.
• Drive multiple product features from conception to successful delivery.
• Collaborate with product stakeholders and senior management to align on technical decisions.
• Iteratively refine development processes as the team scales.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of software engineering management experience using agile processes.
• 3+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, Scala, or NodeJS.
• Expertise in object-oriented design and implementation.
• Ability to navigate unknowns and dynamically evolving requirements.
• Proven ability to motivate teams, instill accountability, and achieve results.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
