Description

Lead the platform engineering team and own the design, implementation, and maintenance of infrastructure across cloud and hybrid environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor platform engineers to foster a collaborative engineering culture.
• Oversee the design and maintenance of platform infrastructure across AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premises environments.
• Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement for platform and production operations.
• Manage platform lifecycle activities including upgrades, patching, capacity planning, and optimization.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory standards while coordinating incident response.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or system administration.
• Strong leadership experience managing platform engineering or DevOps teams.
• Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Strong cloud infrastructure experience across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Proficiency in scripting using Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
• Strong Linux and Windows troubleshooting and operational support experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing continuous integration and delivery practices at scale.
• B.Tech, M.Tech, M.E., or MCA in Computer Science or related fields.
