Description

Lead technical implementation and optimization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud ecosystems, owning complex customer journeys, automation workflows, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure complex customer journeys and advanced web forms with dynamic content and CRM lookups.
• Develop automation workflows for data processing, imports, and CRM data updates.
• Execute code reviews and testing across SIT and UAT phases to ensure quality.
• Consult with clients to derive technical requirements and implement best practices for digital transformation.
• Train campaign managers on platform capabilities and support daily adoption.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Advanced knowledge of AMPscript.
• Proficiency in SSJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience configuring MC Connect for CRM, Data Cloud, and MCI integrations.
• Ability to manage data processing automations and data lookups.
• Understanding of Salesforce CRM platform, Lead Management, and Consent Management.
• Experience with segmentation, grading, classification, and profiling for Customer 360 views.
• Capability to perform segment creation within Data Cloud.

Preferred Skills

• Experience guiding clients through complex journey optimizations and data integrations.
