Description

Lead the end-to-end implementation and optimization of Salesforce Data Cloud to support data-driven segmentation and personalization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud, including data acquisition, integration, and quality assurance.
• Design and implement data models, pipelines, and transformations to support ingestion and enrichment.
• Configure identity management, data transformations, and calculated insights to drive lead scoring and segmentation.
• Integrate data from CRM systems, Snowflake, and third-party platforms using SDK methods and connectors.
• Provide technical training and support to development teams on platform capabilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering or platform development.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud and/or custom database solutions.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and ETL processes.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, and Marketing Intelligence.
• Deep understanding of data modeling, data governance, and compliance.
• Experience with API utilization and data integration tools.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Ability to manage data streams, site maps, and schemas via SDK methods.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification.
