Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead platform engineering and operations for Azure Cloud and Microsoft 365 / Modern Workplace services.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, performance, and security of enterprise platform environments.
• Drive delivery management activities for enterprise platform initiatives and digital product platforms.
• Apply ITIL-aligned practices to strengthen service management, governance, and operational excellence.
• Manage platform operations, incident management, change management, and service improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, engineering, and business teams to support enterprise platform strategy and execution.
• Oversee platform performance monitoring, operational reporting, and service health management.
• Support cloud infrastructure management and optimization activities across enterprise environments.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, security standards, and operational policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform scalability, user experience, and operational efficiency.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience managing Azure Cloud and Microsoft 365 / Modern Workplace platforms.
• Good understanding of enterprise platform engineering, operations, and delivery management practices.
• Expertise in ITIL processes including incident, problem, change, and service management.
• Experience leading digital product platform initiatives and operational transformation programs.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure management and enterprise support environments.
• Knowledge of governance, compliance, security, and operational best practices for enterprise platforms.
• Experience with ServiceNow and IT service management tools is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong communication and team management abilities.
