Lead platform engineering and operations for Azure Cloud and Microsoft 365 environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own platform engineering and operations for Azure Cloud and Microsoft 365 / Modern Workplace services.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, performance, and security of enterprise platform environments.
• Drive delivery management activities for enterprise platform initiatives and digital product platforms.
• Apply ITIL-aligned practices to strengthen service management, governance, and operational excellence.
• Manage platform operations, incident management, change management, and service improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in platform engineering and operations.
• Strong experience managing Azure Cloud and Microsoft 365 / Modern Workplace platforms.
• Expertise in ITIL processes including incident, problem, change, and service management.
• Experience leading digital product platform initiatives and operational transformation programs.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure management and enterprise support environments.
• Knowledge of governance, compliance, security, and operational best practices for enterprise platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow and IT service management tools.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
