Description

You will manage platform migrations across the global Office Product Group, overseeing the execution of 100 different services.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute platform migrations by collaborating with cross-functional teams on roadmap strategy and execution.
• Coordinate with global engineering, product, and support teams to drive cloud migration projects.
• Streamline customer interactions and reduce response times using Machine Learning tools and scalable self-help solutions.
• Analyze complex data to generate actionable insights for continuous improvement of support solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing customer support or technical support functions.
• Technical expertise in cloud infrastructure and migration.
• Proficiency with SQL, Power BI, Kusto, and ADO.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
• Experience leading cross-functional meetings and presenting findings to leadership.
• Ability to work in global, cross-functional environments.
• Proven project management and organizational skills.
