Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience supporting web server-based applications.
• Strong understanding of Java applications, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Database and MongoDB.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools: Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana.
• Familiarity with production support processes, incident management, and problem management.
• Ability to analyze logs, metrics, and system behavior to troubleshoot complex issues.

Operational Skills

• Experience providing production and pre-production support.
• Willingness to participate in on-call support and pager duty rotations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and driving issue resolution.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AI-assisted development and operational tools such as GitHub Copilot, Devin AI, Codex, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of DevOps and platform engineering practices.
• Experience working in enterprise-scale environments
