Description

Own production support for web server-based applications, ensuring stability and rapid issue resolution.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Provide production and pre-production support for Java-based microservices.
• Troubleshoot complex issues using logs, metrics, and system behavior analysis.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and drive issue resolution to prevent recurrence.
• Participate in on-call rotations and manage incident response via PagerDuty.

Required Skills

• 7+ years supporting web server-based applications.
• Strong understanding of Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, Oracle Database, and MongoDB.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools: Splunk, AppDynamics, and Grafana.
• Familiarity with production support processes, incident management, and problem management.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot or Devin AI.
• Knowledge of DevOps and platform engineering practices.
• Experience in enterprise-scale environments.
