Define and own the multi-year platform roadmap, translating technical capabilities into measurable business value for internal and external engineering teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a rolling 12-month delivery plan with clear themes, epics, and outcomes tied to developer productivity metrics.
• Translate platform investments into business value, tracking cost avoidance, engineering hours saved, and revenue velocity.
• Run quarterly platform reviews with senior leadership, presenting progress against KPIs, ROI, and the forward roadmap.
• Partner with engineering leads to decompose vision into executable increments, ensuring technical credibility and seamless delivery.
• Lead and mentor a team of platform product managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in platform product management and enterprise-scale product strategy.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms and modern cloud-native architectures, specifically AWS Cloud and Google Cloud Platform.
• Proven ability to define and execute multi-year product roadmaps grounded in developer research and technical feasibility.
• Strong analytical skills to define KPIs, OKRs, and ROI metrics for platform success and reliability.
• Experience improving Developer Experience (DevEx) and establishing SLOs for core platform services.
• Ability to manage trade-offs across multiple business units and negotiate priorities with transparent, data-driven logic.
• Strong leadership experience in mentoring and managing product teams.

Preferred Skills

• Postgraduate qualifications in Management or Technology.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure optimization and security posture standards.
