Lead product strategy and development for the Remote Operations Platform, delivering user-centric solutions that meet market needs and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product features based on customer feedback, market trends, and industry analysis.
• Drive the 3-year roadmap for the Remote Operations Platform, translating high-level vision into actionable plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver robust, fault-tolerant, and performant solutions.
• Integrate security and compliance requirements into the development lifecycle, working with security teams to maintain standards.
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to refine platform accessibility and intuitive design.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management within technology-driven environments.
• Strong background in remote telematics, IoT, or connected vehicle services.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience defining product roadmaps and prioritizing features based on strategic value.
• Understanding of security best practices, compliance standards, and ethical considerations in software development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced Engineering degree or MBA with product management experience.
• Direct experience in the Automotive domain and Connected Vehicle technologies.
