Description

Manage technical and experience requirements for enterprise platforms supporting digital guest experiences. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into detailed feature and project requirements.
• Facilitate requirement gathering with technology teams and architects to map system dependencies.
• Manage backlogs and define acceptance criteria in collaboration with business owners.
• Coordinate scope and sequencing recommendations with other product managers.
• Incorporate architectural decisions and dependency management into technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager within the technology industry.
• Experience defining requirements for medium to large-scale initiatives.
• Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Proven ability to translate high-level strategy into actionable feature development roadmaps.
• Experience making technical trade-offs between business needs and technology constraints.
• Hands-on experience using JIRA and Confluence.
