Description

You will manage all phases of digital projects, from vision and scope definition through to delivery and handoff.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies while reporting outcomes to the Program Director.
• Interface directly with clients to define requirements, set expectations, and build long-term relationships.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across Design, Content, Development, Analytics, and QA teams.
• Maintain weekly resource forecasts and use project management data to drive decision-making.
• Partner with Client Service and Business Development teams to scope and estimate new opportunities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of digital project management experience in a consulting or agency environment.
• 1-2 years of direct experience working in Agile methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience in client-facing project or account management roles.
• Proficiency using Jira and OpenAir for project tracking and reporting.
• Experience managing integrated digital workflows involving Design, Content, Development, Analytics, and QA.
• Strong ability to facilitate meetings, manage conflict, and build consensus among stakeholders.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Engineering, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
