Description

Lead QA strategy and execution for the NAQ Platform, managing test coverage, automation, and quality metrics for backend and integration systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop test strategies, methodologies, and standard processes to ensure end-to-end coverage and traceability against business requirements.
• Define testing scope, approach, and test data management in partnership with cross-functional IT and business stakeholders.
• Drive the creation, adoption, and implementation of test automation suites to accelerate regression validation.
• Lead Platform QA teams through SIT execution, monitoring processes and inspecting outcomes to ensure product quality.
• Oversee critical issues, defects, dependencies, and risks while tracking and reporting quality metrics.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of Test Lead experience driving Application and Backend Systems Integration Testing.
• Hands-on expertise in Selenium and Java for test automation.
• Proven experience leading automation testing teams using open-source tools.
• Expertise in functional, API, Database, Performance & Load, and Mobile testing.
• Experience with AWS services, Microservices, and data migration activities.
• Proficiency with Jira and Zephyr for test management, planning, and reporting.
• Experience using Jenkins for continuous integration and SonarQube for code coverage.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to create user journey-driven testing scenarios for backend integrations.
• Experience managing offshore QA team members.
