Lead testing efforts for application and backend systems integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive functional, regression, and API testing for application and backend systems.
• Lead an automation testing team using open-source tools.
• Develop user journey-driven testing scenarios for backend integrations and manage test data.
• Manage offshore QA team members to achieve defined outcomes.
• Oversee performance, load, and mobile testing workstreams.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Test Lead roles.
• 6+ years of experience leading automation testing teams.
• Proficiency with Selenium and Java.
• Experience with API testing and database testing.
• Hands-on experience with regression and automation testing.
• Familiarity with Jenkins for continuous integration.
• Experience with Sonarqube for code coverage.
• Proficiency using JIRA and Zephyr for test management.

Preferred Skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
