You will design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions and automation using the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure AI tools.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI models using AI Builder and Copilot.
• Build scalable AI infrastructure on Azure, integrating Copilot Studio with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and external APIs.
• Deploy machine learning models using Azure Cognitive Services and Bot Framework.
• Evaluate and implement AI architectures including orchestration patterns, RAG, LLMs, and SLMs.
• Optimize AI algorithms for performance and conduct thorough testing to ensure accuracy.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional development experience.
• Proficiency in C#.NET, Python, or Java.
• Deep experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Plugins, and AI Builder.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Experience with Azure and Azure DevOps for CI/CD.
• Knowledge of AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience implementing RAG, embeddings, and orchestration patterns.
• Solid understanding of iterative and agile development practices.

Preferred Skills

• Dynamics, Power Platform, or Azure certifications.
• Familiarity with basic Machine Learning concepts.
