Description

• Strong 3-5 yrs hands‑on experience with Harness CI/CD and Release Orchestration (pipelines, stages, triggers, services, environments, connectors, and templates)
• Solid understanding of release management processes, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and control of software deployments across multiple environments
• Experience with DevOps practices and tooling (e.g., Git, artifact repositories, container registries, Kubernetes, cloud platforms) and integrating them into Harness
• Proficiency in automating deployments and environment configuration using scripts or Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Helm, CloudFormation)
• Familiarity with observability, logging, and monitoring tools and how to integrate them for release verification and rollback decisions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate releases across development, QA, operations, and business teams

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
• Knowledge of networking concepts and security best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Experience in database management and optimization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 5 years of relevant experience in a DevOps or Platform Engineering role.
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
