Description

You will manage release orchestration and automation for software deployments across multiple environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Harness, managing stages, triggers, services, and environments.
• Automate deployments and infrastructure configuration using Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform, Helm, and CloudFormation.
• Integrate DevOps tooling including Git, container registries, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms into the release workflow.
• Configure observability, logging, and monitoring to support release verification and rollback decisions.
• Coordinate release planning and scheduling with development, QA, and operations teams.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Harness CI/CD and Release Orchestration.
• Proficiency in Terraform, Helm, and CloudFormation for infrastructure automation.
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes, Git, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
• Solid grasp of release management processes, including planning, scheduling, and coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and solve complex problems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Knowledge of networking concepts, security best practices, and Agile methodologies.
