Key Skills: Driver, Calendar Management, DOS, DMEE, HTTP, SAML, TCP/IP, DNS, Autho, Security, Gap Analysis

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Triage and resolve user-reported issues for Drive, Docs, Calendar, Meet, and Chat, including authentication, sharing, access, and sync failures.
• Investigate SSO-related problems using SAML and HTTP request/response behavior to identify root causes.
• Perform web troubleshooting using HAR analysis to validate client-server interactions and reproduce failures.
• Apply networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, TLS/SSL) to diagnose connectivity, security, and transport-related issues.
• Document findings and resolution steps in support knowledge bases and provide concise communication to stakeholders.

Skills Required:

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in technical support or platform operations
• Hands-on support experience with drive, docs, calendar, meet, and chat
• SSO troubleshooting using sso and saml
• Web troubleshooting using http
• Ability to analyze authentication/sharing/access/sync issues and document resolutions

Good to Have:

• oauth experience
• har analysis for client-side and network troubleshooting
• dns, tcp/ip, and tls/ssl fundamentals

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
