Description

You will own the automation strategy and execution for complex web applications, ensuring high-quality releases through robust testing frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright for web applications.
• Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps) for continuous testing.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QE leads to define test strategies.
• Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing for complex workflows.
• Optimize automation frameworks for scalability and reusability across QE portfolios.

Required Skills

• Expertise in Playwright for web automation with 5+ years of experience.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript; familiarity with Python is a plus.
• Experience with BDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber) and CI/CD tools.
• Solid understanding of QE principles, Agile methodologies, and SDLC.
• Hands-on experience with API testing, cross-browser testing, and performance testing.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve automation issues quickly.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java, Spring, and Selenium.
• Proficiency in REST API testing and test planning.
