Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation suites for modern web applications using Playwright and Java.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain robust automation frameworks using Playwright and Selenium with Java.
• Design reusable test components and manage test data setup for comprehensive coverage.
• Execute API testing and perform backend validation to ensure system integrity.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and manage defect lifecycles in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to drive quality at scale.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in test automation, specifically with Playwright for modern web apps.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Core Java, and Spring framework.
• Hands-on expertise in Selenium automation frameworks.
• Experience with Rest API testing and backend validation.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD integration and Agile/Scrum delivery processes.
• Proven ability to design scalable, reusable automation suites.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with test planning and strategic defect management.
