Description

Build and maintain automation frameworks for ServiceNow GRC modules using Playwright and ServiceNow ATF.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated test cases for ServiceNow GRC using ATF and Playwright.
• Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions.
• Analyze test failures, identify root causes, and log defects with proper documentation.
• Collaborate with developers and product owners to translate requirements into automated scenarios.
• Mentor team members on QA best practices and maintain high engineering standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software testing or automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Expertise in Playwright for end-to-end web automation.
• Experience integrating tests with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in test automation frameworks and scripting.
• Experience with functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and QA best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working specifically with ServiceNow GRC modules.
• Exposure to DevOps pipelines and automated testing strategies.
