Design and implement automated test cases for ServiceNow GRC modules using ATF and Playwright.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated test cases for ServiceNow GRC modules using ATF and Playwright.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into test scenarios.
• Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks and test suites.
• Perform regression, functional, and integration testing while monitoring execution and analyzing results.
• Ensure test coverage and traceability for all module features and configurations.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Proficiency in Playwright for web automation.
• Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipelines.
• 5+ years of engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement practices.
• Ability to drive, coach, and demonstrate excellent engineering practices.
• Excellent communication skills with assertiveness and team collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience providing support for UAT and production validation.
