Description

You will own the design and implementation of automated test cases for ServiceNow GRC modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated test cases for ServiceNow GRC modules using ATF and Playwright.
• Collaborate with developers and product owners to translate requirements into test scenarios.
• Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks and test suites.
• Perform regression, functional, and integration testing, monitoring execution and reporting defects.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement of engineering practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Playwright.
• Experience utilizing ServiceNow's Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Proficiency with GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow platform testing.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Ability to drive and coach excellent engineering practice.
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness.
