Description

You will own the test automation strategy, building scalable frameworks with Playwright and migrating existing Selenium scripts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright with TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Migrate existing Selenium test scripts to Playwright to ensure functionality and performance improvements.
• Automate comprehensive UI and API test cases for web applications to ensure quality and reliability.
• Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions for continuous testing.
• Analyze test results, identify software defects, and track them through to closure with development teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Software Testing and QA Automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with the Playwright framework.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript programming languages.
• Experience with Test Automation, CI/CD Pipelines, and Git.
• Knowledge of Agile Methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
• Experience migrating from or understanding Selenium.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automation frameworks like Page Object Model (POM) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD).
• Knowledge of Jenkins and GitHub Actions for continuous integration and deployment.
