Description

Design, program, and maintain PLC systems for industrial automation within plastics manufacturing.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop PLC programs based on project specifications for plastics manufacturing processes.
• Design and implement control systems for automated machinery and production lines.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and debug PLC hardware and software components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PLC systems with existing control equipment.
• Provide technical support to production and maintenance teams and maintain detailed documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in PLC programming.
• Proficiency in ladder logic, structured text, or function block diagram languages.
• Hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or Schneider Electric platforms.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Strong understanding of industrial automation principles within plastics manufacturing.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software in a production setting.
• Any Graduate degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Raspberry Pi for automation or control applications.
