Description

Develop, test, and maintain automation software using Siemens and ABB PLC systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ladder logic programs and functional blocks for process control.
• Configure alarm systems for fault detection and resolution.
• Manage communication protocols including Serial, Ethernet, and CAN.
• Integrate I/O systems, sensors, and I to V or V to I modules for signal conversion.
• Document software configurations, hardware modifications, and troubleshooting procedures.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in PLC programming and development.
• Proficiency with Siemens and/or ABB PLC platforms.
• Extensive knowledge of ladder logic development.
• Experience with Serial, Ethernet, and CAN communication protocols.
• Practical experience managing I/O systems and various sensors, such as pressure and flow sensors.
• Familiarity with I to V and V to I modules.
• Knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in fuel cell technology and related automation systems.
