Description

Maintain, troubleshoot, and program electrical and electronic control systems in a production environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain PLC systems by managing program backups and ensuring spare parts availability.
• Troubleshoot electrical devices, dismantle defective components, and replace or repair parts to restore functionality.
• Design, upgrade, and install electrical equipment, circuits, and systems.
• Program and install smart sensors and collaborate with maintenance technicians to resolve instrument and PLC issues.
• Work with engineering to implement programming changes on PLCs and HMIs, or oversee contractors during PLC projects.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience with PLC programming and automation controls.
• Proficiency in PLC and HMI programming and control logic.
• Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs, VFDs, and PanelViews.
• K knowledge of hydraulic systems.
• Ability to research and source necessary supplies, parts, and machines for work orders.
• Degree or equivalent experience (Any Graduate).

Preferred Skills

• Extensive experience troubleshooting, interpreting, modifying, and programming PLCs.
• Experience using Ladder logic, Function Block Diagram, and Structured Text.
• Experience with Ignition Software and mechanical, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems.
