Description

You will own the installation, configuration, and support of 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) applications at the product level, ensuring system stability and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform systems administration tasks including installation, upgrades, and configuration of 3DX applications and application servers.
• Manage load balancing and troubleshoot production issues to maintain high availability.
• Apply basic coding concepts and Java development support to resolve application-level defects.
• Leverage AWS cloud services and SQL for database queries and cloud infrastructure support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve complex enterprise application issues.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in systems administration and application support.
• Proven experience with 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) application installation and support.
• Hands-on expertise in application server configuration, upgrades, and load balancing.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for enterprise PLM environments.
• Basic proficiency in AWS cloud services.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Java development/support.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting large-scale PLM environments and enterprise applications.
