Description

You bridge the gap between business requirements and technical PLM solutions within Retail or CPG contexts. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Capture and document user requirements through functional specifications, solution designs, and system capture worksheets.
• Translate user requests and business ideas into technical and functional specifications.
• Manage the business reporting lifecycle from initial request through to release.
• Interface with system vendors to resolve bugs, test fixes, and manage production deployment processes.
• Design and conduct research to evaluate and develop product development processes and software methods.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Deep understanding of PLM concepts including Bill of Materials, Workflow Process, and Change Management.
• Hands-on experience with Product Structure, Release to Manufacturing, and Revise processes.
• Technical familiarity with WC ESI (SAP/Oracle Apps Integration) and Windchill Product Analytics.
• Proven ability to lead collaborative information-gathering sessions with large and small groups.
• Strong ability to articulate technical solutions in business terms.
• Experience working within the Retail or CPG business sectors.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and priorities simultaneously.
