Description

You will lead end-to-end product lifecycle management strategy, architecture, and implementation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead PLM strategy, roadmap development, and governance across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain functions.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define business requirements, data standards, and future-state product lifecycle processes.
• Manage PLM platform evaluation, vendor selection, integration strategy, and enterprise architecture alignment.
• Drive organizational change management, training strategies, and adoption programs for global implementations.
• Mentor delivery teams, manage program risks, and ensure high-quality execution.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in the PLM domain.
• Proven delivery of at least two end-to-end PLM implementation programs within Discrete Manufacturing.
• Industry experience across Manufacturing, Retail, and Consumer Products.
• Expertise in product lifecycle strategy and architecture.
• Experience with enterprise architecture alignment and integration strategy.
• Strong background in driving organizational change management and global adoption.
• Ability to lead cross-functional governance across supply chain and engineering.
