Description

You will lead large-scale PLM COTS product implementations, focusing on enterprise change and configuration management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish unified change processes across domains to communicate decisions to all impacted organizations.
• Define enterprise-wide standards and change procedures for consistent implementation.
• Orchestrate change scenarios from product governance to work-in-process activities while maintaining traceability.
• Support multi-discipline, systems-based change processes and perform full assessments of proposed changes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with PLM process knowledge and large-scale COTS implementations.
• Hands-on experience with 3DEXPERIENCE or Enovia V6.
• Expertise in Change Management (CMII) and Configuration Management.
• Deep understanding of BOM Management (EBOM, MBOM), Part Management, and Requirements Management.
• Experience with Variant and Configuration Management.
• Knowledge of APQC processes and TOGAF framework.
• Domain expertise in Aerospace or Automotive design and change management processes.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or similar.
