Description

You will lead the implementation of Aras and iCAD applications for large enterprise customers within a global SaaS Supply Chain Management practice.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Bridge communication between Japanese and US teams by collaborating with system integrators and solution providers during initial system introduction.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and ensure technical resources understand all dependencies.
• Manage onsite requirements gathering at customer plant sites and coordinate delivery with sub-contractor vendors and global teams.
• Support initial training, issue management, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure customer familiarity with the systems.
• Identify project risks and opportunities to assist project and account management teams in maximizing implementation benefits.

Required Skills

• 12-15 years of IT experience implementing PLM or related solutions.
• Business-level fluency in both Japanese and English.
• Technical knowledge of PLM systems and implementation lifecycles.
• Experience working with multiple IT service vendors and cross-functional business users.
• Ability to manage onsite requirements gathering and onsite customer support.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a closely related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience introducing PLM systems to Japanese customers.
• Experience working within a professional consulting organization such as a Big 4 firm.
