Description

You will facilitate agile ceremonies and drive PLM implementation delivery for software development teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and demonstrations for product owners and stakeholders.
• Manage the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner to refine, estimate, and plan sprint goals.
• Remove impediments and coordinate dependencies across various Scrum teams to maintain progress.
• Coach the team on Agile techniques, estimation, and continuous improvement (Kaizen) to optimize performance.
• Mentor team members on development practices and act as the primary interface between the team and management.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master for software development teams.
• Hands-on experience with Scrum, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), Kanban, and Capacity Planning.
• Practical knowledge of PLM software, preferably Teamcenter PLM.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Microsoft Teams for agile collaboration.
• Experience with User Stories, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, and SDLC best practices.
• Proven track record leading PLM implementation projects through definition, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Scrum Master certification from a recognized source such as Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org, or Scaled Agile.

Preferred Skills

• Strong understanding of software release processes and delivery frameworks for IT Services.
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
