Description

You will provide technical support for PLM and CAD applications to engineers in the United States, with future expansion to India and Australia.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first-level support to 3DX/Enovia PLM users, including issue triage and resolution.
• Provide training support and manage escalations for technical issues.
• Support 3DX/Enovia PLM, Catia v6, and Simulia applications.
• Triage and resolve service desk tickets to ensure minimal downtime for engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience supporting 3DX/Enovia PLM.
• Functional knowledge of Catia v6 CAD tools.
• Experience with Simulia applications.
• Ability to triage, resolve, and document technical issues independently.
• Degree in any graduate field.
