Description

Manage, support, and enhance PDM/PLM, CAD, and engineering business applications in Hagerstown, MD.

Responsibilities

• Consult with Engineering, Purchasing, Operations, and Service to define technical solutions for business requirements.
• Manage PLM and CAD application upgrades, testing, and evaluations.
• Create system documentation, procedures, work instructions, and training materials for end users.
• Drive the adoption of PLM/CAD best practices and standards across the engineering team.
• Provide technical support to the PLM and CAD user base and interface with software suppliers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in PLM, PDM, CAD, or BOM management.
• Proficiency with PDM, PLM, CAD, and Creo.
• Experience with Engineering Change Control (Change Request/Notice).
• Ability to analyze and document business and system processes.
• Experience managing PLM and CAD licenses, installations, and administration.
• BS degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PTC Windchill PLM system implementation and administration.
• Working knowledge of Creo Parametric 3D CAD system operation.
• Mechanical or electrical knowledge of vehicles and related systems.
