Description

You will lead end-to-end Siemens Teamcenter PLM implementations, translating business needs into functional requirements while managing scope, timelines, and risk.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead Siemens Teamcenter PLM implementations across cross-functional teams.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure alignment with PLM best practices, data governance, and process standardization.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, and vendor teams for seamless integration.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of project management experience in PLM environments.
• Hands-on experience managing Siemens Teamcenter implementations.
• Deep understanding of PLM functional processes including BOM management and change control.
• Experience with CAD/ERP integration within PLM ecosystems.
• Proven ability to manage complex enterprise projects and stakeholders.
• Strong technical and functional knowledge of PLM deployment.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or equivalent certification.
