Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate PLM implementation projects involving 3DEXPERIENCE/ENOVIA, Frontline, or comparable PLM platforms.
  • Own project planning, scope, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, risks, and overall execution.
  • Work closely with Business Process Owners (BPA), Solution Architects, Developers, System Administrators, and Business Users to drive implementation activities.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into project deliverables, implementation plans, and actionable workstreams.
  • Coordinate PLM application development, integrations, configuration, testing/UAT, deployment, and production rollout.
  • Drive issue resolution and technical decision-making across cross-functional teams and vendors.
  • Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and key milestones and provide clear status reporting to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate user acceptance, business validation, deployment readiness, and final sign-off.
  • Manage vendor activities, deliverables, timelines, and escalations as required.
  • Ensure projects remain aligned with business objectives, technical requirements, and implementation timelines.
  • Support post-deployment stabilization and transition to ongoing operations.

Experience:

  • 7+ years of Project/Program Management experience, preferably in technical or engineering environments.
  • Strong PLM implementation/project experience with demonstrated involvement in enterprise PLM initiatives.
  • Direct experience with 3DEXPERIENCE / ENOVIA / MatrixOne and/or Frontline is highly preferred.
  • Candidates with strong experience in Teamcenter, Windchill, or other enterprise PLM platforms may also be considered.
  • Demonstrated experience managing PLM projects through multiple phases, such as:
    • Requirements / business process definition
    • Solution and technical planning
    • Development coordination
    • Integration
    • Testing / UAT
    • Deployment
    • Go-live
    • Business/user sign-off
  • Experience working with PLM architects, developers, administrators, business process owners, and end users.
  • Strong understanding of PLM workflows, engineering applications, product lifecycle processes, or related enterprise engineering environments.
  • Strong stakeholder, vendor, risk, dependency, and delivery management skills.
  • Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project environments.
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Planview, or similar
