Description

You will bridge business requirements and PLM system implementation, owning configuration, integration, and support for enterprise product lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into specific PLM system configurations and customizations.
• Lead system integration initiatives between PLM and enterprise systems like ERP and CRM.
• Develop technical documentation covering system design, architecture, and user manuals.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, conduct system testing, and perform performance tuning.
• Provide end-user support, training, and ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience implementing and managing PLM systems such as Oracle Agile, Siemens Teamcenter, or Dassault Systèmes ENOVIA.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with PLM system configuration, customization, and scripting.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or C++.
• Experience with integration technologies including APIs and middleware.
• Strong understanding of product data management (PDM) and product lifecycle processes.
• Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Siemens Teamcenter and relevant certifications.
• Experience working with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud-based PLM solutions.
