Lead digital engineering and product development initiatives in regulated healthcare and medical device environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Map current state processes and define target state process definitions.
• Develop business and functional requirements specifications for PLM, QMS, and RIMS implementations.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle processes including Document, Change, and Part Management.
• Oversee compliance-critical workflows such as DHF, DMR, CAPA, and Non-Conformance Reporting.
• Execute integrations between Teamcenter PLM and CAD, PLM-ERP, and PLM-MES systems.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Digital Engineering, Product Development, Quality, and Regulatory Compliance.
• 8+ years implementing PLM, QMS, and RIMS capabilities for Healthcare or Medical Device companies.
• Hands-on implementation experience with at least two major software platforms (Siemens, Dassault Systemes, PTC, Oracle, or SAP).
• Expertise in Engineering & Manufacturing Bill of Materials (BOM) Management.
• Deep knowledge of Digital, PLM, QMS, and RIMS domains.
• Ability to manage complex integrations across PLM, ERP, and MES ecosystems.
• Any graduate degree.
