Architect and design PTC Windchill solutions to solve complex business problems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect customizations, extensions, and end-to-end integrations for Change Objects, Parts, Documents, BOM Structures, and Effectivity.
• Drive business process gap analysis and reengineering to map requirements to Windchill technology while reducing custom code.
• Propose high-level PLM solution designs to optimize existing product development processes.
• Conduct workshops with stakeholders and business users to align on proposed to-be solution designs.
• Lead functional analysts to achieve technical objectives and coordinate with data migration leads for legacy system transitions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with PTC Windchill.
• Expert knowledge of PTC Windchill 11.1 or later versions.
• Proficiency with Windchill APIs, Java, and JSP.
• Proven experience as a Windchill Solutions Architect, Designer, or Software Engineer with multiple implementations.
• Experience in Windchill solution design, configuration, and customization decisions.
• Experience with both waterfall and agile project methodologies.
• Experience using ALM / SDLC tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ThingWorx Navigate.
• Experience with SAP integrations.
• Background in high tech product design or manufacturing domains.
