Description

Lead backend development and production support for critical business applications using PL/SQL and .NET.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design robust backend solutions.
• Manage the full application lifecycle including planning, development, testing, migration, and maintenance.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to IT teams, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Coordinate with cross-functional groups such as Security, DBAs, and Infrastructure for system success.
• Execute software deployments, including weekend and night rollouts, and maintain change management documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of progressive experience in backend development and production support.
• Expertise in Oracle Database and PL/SQL for complex query and procedure development.
• Strong proficiency in .NET ecosystem, including C#, ASP.NET, and MS Visual Studio.
• Experience with Web Services, SOAP, and XML for system integration.
• Proficiency in MS SQL Server and HTML.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to execute analysis, design, and development without direct supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Linux environments and UNIX operations.
• Familiarity with Service Suite Work Order Systems.
