You will develop and maintain complex database logic within an Oracle environment.

Responsibilities

• Write complex SQL and PL/SQL code to support business requirements.
• Tune complex queries to optimize database performance.
• Conduct root cause analysis and provide production support for data issues.
• Apply partitioning and database concepts to maintain data integrity.
• Deliver database solutions within Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience writing complex SQL and PL/SQL code.
• Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL development.
• Deep understanding of partitioning and core database concepts.
• Proven experience in tuning complex queries.
• Basic Unix knowledge.
• Experience working within the financial industry.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis on data issues.

• Experience with database design and modeling.
