Description

Analyze, test, debug, and repair existing PL/SQL applications while designing new Oracle objects based on business rules.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Oracle packages, functions, procedures, triggers, materialized views, DBLinks, and Oracle Jobs.
• Package and configure Oracle components for deployment across development, test, and production environments.
• Evaluate and enhance SQL performance by refactoring existing PL/SQL code.
• Maintain documentation for data models and programming objects.
• Collaborate with Architects, DBAs, and Business Intelligence staff to establish standards and fulfill reporting requirements.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of SQL programming experience.
• 12+ years of PL/SQL programming experience.
• Active Oracle PL/SQL certification.
• Expertise in ETL programming and Data Warehouse/Data Mart design.
• Experience with reverse engineering and refactoring PL/SQL code.
• Experience with asynchronous event-driven applications.
• Strong understanding of relational data concepts and data modeling.
• Ability to work in an agile environment with concurrent priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of BI Publisher, Java syntax, SSRS, and XML syntax/parsing.
• Domain knowledge of court-related concepts and business activities.
